Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original, unopened packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, CPAP masks, cushions, and headgear that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Defective items are always eligible for return or exchange regardless of whether packaging has been opened.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@isleepbetter.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us at stephen@statcare.us and we'll walk you through the process.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
